Systems were down from the 15th till the 19th. I tried to pay my bill which is due on the 15th every single month before 5pm but the system kept giving me an error code. So, since I couldn't pay the bill on time, I incurred a late fee of 20$ and when I called to talk to someone to see what I could do to get it paid, they kept telling me its due the 15th so it has to be paid then and we can't waive the fee. Then goes on to tell me that they cannot accept payments over the phone, that I would have to go to the office and pay in cash or check. I do not have a local bank account nor checks so I can't do that. Called on the 19th and they go on to tell me that they can only waive 1 penalty fee as a courtesy and I have already have that done as of 5/9/22, Told the lady on the phone that I have never had a reverse fee done ever, I have been late 1 time being my fault and paid that bill and never cared, she then goes to say that it was a late fee because I didn't pay my bill on the 6th, which is impossible because my bill is due the 15th of every month has been for 3 years, then she says oh it's an error on our end, speaks to a supervisor and they say they will not reverse the fee because I was late, But yet it wasn't my fault that the system was having issues, and then down the entire weekend! absolutely ridiculous and I cannot express how irritated and mad I am about this. Worst customer service experience ever in my life!

Very good and very clean water....but always room for improvement....maybe a 2nd spout for filling up the water instead of just 1?

Very accommodating staff. It's always clean. Sometimes a short wait. Usually there is someone to take full, large jugs out to your vehicle. There is a coin operated dispenser to use on off hours. We also have a system at home. We enjoy having it. Water is great! My sister gets distilled water regularly. She says it's a better price.

When the rain hit at 9pm, we called up Nick who immediately helped us temporarily solve the issue. He was at our house bright and early the next morning (which also happened to be Father's Day!) to resolve the issue. Being a homeowner is stressful, especially when you have a limited knowledge about major things like roofing, and we have piece of mind knowing that Nick and his crew are there no matter how big or small the issue is and no matter what time of the day or night we need them! Thanks Texas Plains Roofing! We will never use anyone else for all of our roofing needs!

I had a Mitsubishi mini-split system installed by Hall’s Heating and Air, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. Ethan and Ty handled the install with great care — their attention to detail was impressive, especially when running lines through the attic to keep everything clean and efficient. Taegan and Jojo were also incredibly helpful, making sure everything was explained clearly and that the job site was spotless when they finished. Marc followed up to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was fully satisfied with the system. I couldn’t be happier with the comfort my new system provides and the outstanding service from this crew. I highly recommend Hall’s Heating and Air if you’re looking for quality work and great people!

Halls Heating and Air Conditioning, Denny and Alfredo did an awesome job. They were very professional and my house stayed all warm and toasty all night. The weather was not the best to work in to say the least. But they are awesome guys . I am totally satisfied. Thank you all.

Hall's got me worked in same day. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. Marc was very nice and thorough. He got my old unit going again and gave me suggestions for a new unit. I would highly recommend them My old unit finally died. Denny, Ethan, and Jacob was the team that installed my new unit. My 1st experience with this company is the reason I called when it was time to replace our unit. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very professional employees. Denny was so good about keeping me informed. He also was very good about explaining the thermostat and setting up the ap on my phone. They had quite a time getting my old unit out of the space it was in. It was quite a job! But they got it done and we're very nice while doing it! I would highly recommend this company for not only taking care of their customers but also their employees. Keep up the good work! Below are pictures of my old unit. Estimated somewhere along an 80's model. Looks like something from a sci-fi movie!
